[ts-7000] Problems while compiling HelloWorld

Hi,

I am want to compile the HelloWorld project under windows vista.
After copy all the files to my home directory and editing the
runEclipse-Win.bat I tried to compile the project. 

I got following message:

**** Build of configuration Debug for project helloworld ****

**** Internal Builder is used for build               ****
arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc.exe -O0 -g3 -Wall -c -fmessage-length=0
-osrc\helloworld.o ..\src\helloworld.c
(null) tried to spawn cc1 but failed: Das System kann die angegebene
Datei nicht finden.

arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc.exe: spawn: No such file or directory
Build error occurred, build is stopped
Time consumed: 74  ms.  

Does anyone know what went wrong?
