This is basic networking.  Either your Mac needs to be on the 192.168.0 subnet 
or you 
need a route from the subnet you are on, to the 192.168.0 subnet.

If you have set the IP address of the Mac to be 192.168.0.1, you are probably 
using the 
same address as the router in your subnet, as 192.168.0.1 is a common address 
for a 
router or gateway.
