Hi Jane
Just a quick answer because I'm at work.
I have worked with somebody few days ago and we manage to run my linux-2.6.24.4-ts7200_matt-7.patch on TS-7260 with 32mb.
How many RAM do you have 32 or 64 ?
The main idea is a enable the "Force Machine ID" option, and disable of MTD (in drivers) stuff.
Last option is to make the minimal kernel, around 750ko. I can send you the .config tonight.
Good luck!
Matthieu
