Hello!
I'm playing with ts's etch-oldabi debian on SD card because of newer
version of gcc etc.
It runs well but the distribution is rather old and I need to upgrade
ts kernel modules (tssdcard especially).
I took the fresh version from ts's ftp (37287 bytes, 4/15/2008) and
placed it in the initrd partition on the SD card.
After that the fullboot failed with: "SD Card failed. Booting to initrd".
lsmod showed no SD card driver loaded. When I tried to load the card
driver manually via insmod it showed something like:
"insmod: cannot insert '/tssdcard.ko'. Unknown symbol in module (-1).
No such file or directory".
Are the latest tssdcard.ko modules binary compatible with the debian etch?
Any info appreciated.
J.
P.S. Please be patient with my SD problems.
