Well, I downloaded the TS-7300 schematic, and it turns out that COM3
to 6 are RS-232 compatible. The signals for all the serial ports COM1
to 6 are fed through SP213 chips, which are RS-232 transceiver chips
made by Sipex.

I talked with TS tech support and they confirmed that the device names
are wrong in the manual.
