[ts-7000] NAND Problem

we brought a TS7800 from you two months ago, and now we have problem
updating its NAND flash:

:root# modprobe ts7800
FATAL: Error inserting ts7800 
(/lib/modules/2.6.21-ts/kernel/drivers/mtd/nand/ts7800.ko): No such 
device or address
