For any who care, I do have the ts11 build on my 7250 and I got my multi-threaded app working by copying (and creating the link to) libpthread-0.10.so from this archive: crosstool-linux-gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2-0.28rc39.tar.bz2 (which I downloaded from Technologic's ftp site last year).
