Just after the + in the boot sequence issue a some control c's and you will get the redboot prompt type in at the RedBoot> prompt fis load vmlinux you will get another Redboot prompt, thrn type: exec -c "console=ttyAM0, 115200 root=/dev/mtdblock1 init=/bin/sh" and it will boot and go right to the shell and then you can the passwd command to change the root password. the above lines can be seen without the appended bit by typing "fconfig -l" at the redboot prompt Rod
