SerialBlaster is for reloading a botched Redboot install, you wouldn't
want to transfer a whole FS image that way :)
One option that comes to mind is to build a custom FS image that looks
to a USB key or SD card for a new FS to install. The loader FS image
could be sent to TS who could put it on all your boards instead of
TS-Linux, then when to board arrives at your shop you place the correct
SD card or USB key in and presto it installs itself. There's also a
piece of software that TS came up with about a year ago for the TS-7400
that implemented this functionality, not sure if it works on the TS-72xx
boards or not.
