[ts-7000] TS7200 - Copying files into CF and compiling

I am currently doing a project that requires me to use the ts7200.I 
have to access a MySQL database through a C prgram. i have managed to 
sucessfully compile the program and hence display the database at the 
compilation terminal window.Now my problem is that i have to use ts7200 
to compile the program and then to be able to display the database at 
the minicom. Pls do let me knw how am i to copy the C program into the 
compact flash(CF) and then compile the program and finally display the 
results at the minicom.
