[ts-7000] The RXTX library has not been installed properly?

Hi,

So, ran up eclipse and try to set up serial comms to my board, and I get 
the message:

    The RXTX library has not been installed properly!

Followed by instructions on how to get it and move the .jar file into the 
correct place ...

However, the correct JAR file is there. What else do I need to do?
