I was having segfaults as well using a ts7800uart module needed for
the TSModem2 PC104 board. Apparently there was bug in the NAND driver
that would corrupt the flash when serial interrupts would occur. I
had to reflash my nand and use the new driver. After that, the flash
corruptions stopped. I was having segfaults with simple commands like
tail, mount, etc... Unfortunately, when the flash is corrupted, you
have to reflash the whole part.
I guess you will have to get the new driver directly from TS, contact
support.
