Ahmed,

Go to:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7xxx-linux/distributions
Where xxx is the correct 7xxx model of the board you have.

After the recent reorganization makes it really easy to find. The hard
part is you didn't specify which TS product you're using and there are
some Debian tarfile differences depending on the board you use (for
example the TS-7800 uses Debian Etch with a 2.6 kernel and filesystem
and all previous, as of today?, TS products use 2.4 kernels and
filesystems with Debian Sarge and Debian Woody).
