[ts-7000] iwconfig - not found

Hello,

I managed to set up my usb wirelees that is to get wlan0 started with:
ifconfig wlan0 up

now to set up the network I have to have iwconfig and other orders
installed. On the EmbeddedArm site I found a directory with the
following utils :

ifrename
iwconfig
iwevent
iwgetid
iwlist
and others here is the link:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7250-linux/binaries/ts-utils/wireless-tools

As when I enter:
iwconfig wlan0 I get 
-sh: iwconfig: not found

This is my question:
These files are they scripts or how they are called?
By my assumption I need to copy them on my ts-7250 SBC the get the
possibility to use the. Where to I have to put them on the card which
directory?
