[ts-7000] 900Mhz radio, and industrial grade CF

Hello all, 

I'm about to commit to a 7200 with the aerocomm (900MHz) and a compact
flash ejector.

Here is my list of questions.

Does anyone have any experience with the radio. Since there is no
documentation I thought it would be nice to know if it really works.
How about antenna options, where do they come from?

Can I find a compatible industrial grade CF card? I need to be able to
operate down to -20C.
