[ts-7000] TS-GSM1 with TS-7800

I'm trying to use the TS-GSM1 with a TS-7800 (was using it with
TS-7250). Following boot I am configuring the connector for PC-104 ISA
mode:

0xE8000030 = 0x55555555ul;
0xE8000034 = 0x55555555ul;
0xE8000038 = 0x55555ul;
0xE800003C = 0x55555ul;

However as the board is supposed to look like standard 16550 ports (x 2)
I'm not sure what to do next. I tried loading the ts7800_isa16550 module
but it always fails to install (Operation not permitted). As the basic
8250/16550 driver is built into the kernel how do I actually use these
new ports?

Is anyone else using this board with the TS-7800 or otherwise able to
let me know a working configuration?
