[ts-7000] load modules for videodev.o & spca5xx.o

Could any tell me how load automatic modules videodev.o & spca5xx.o. I need to 
know how to configure it. every time power up the sbc I have to load both 
modules manualy. Is there way to load both modules automaticly. I already try 
modified modules.conf but still did not work.
