[ts-7000] Apache Server Help

When viewing the htdocs folder on the apache server the data stored in 
that folder can only be viewed/downloaded a few times before the server 
freezes and will not show me the data anymore. 

I'm not sure if this is a buffer limitation or a download limitation; 
does anyone have any idea what apache configuration needs to be added 
or deleted to allow unlimited downloading.
