ok, I did review man, and tried to work with fstab and this is the
results I got:
1
the following command was entered
mount -o uid=513 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1 /mnt/usb
It responded saying option uid unknown
2
the following line was entered in fstab
/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1 /mnt/usb auto rw,user,sync 0 0
At start up the following command was entered
mount /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1
It responded saying option user unknown
Obviously I'm missing something here because I did review the man
pages and researched fstab
