Thanks for the guidance.  I was also expecting the RFID reader (or
certain ones in our system) to do some more complex actions than just
sensing the RFID tag.  Things like database queries, rules-based
processing, etc.

I would love to have a more complex telemetry device based on a TS-7xxx.
