If you don't have a Linux PC, a good way to do this is to use vmWare +
Linux install disk or iso download.
vmWare server can be downloaded from vmWare website for free.
Linux iso is free also.
You need reasonable amount RAM / HD : 1G / 10G to make it work.
But it work great!
