I doubt you'll get anything that specific without a little 
programming on your part but I suggest you look in the files section 
on the forum menu. You'll find several examples of code to interface 
to the various IO ports , mostly written in C.

You can either write a cgi responce in C (assuming you are using the 
minimalist TSlinux does not have perl or php!!) that will return your 
values or get your IO prog to write HTML content to a file accessible 
to apache and use the refresh function in html to automatically 
reload the page every x seconds or via a user refresh button which 
ever suits you best.
