[ts-7000] How to build crosstools-0.28 on Centos 5.0/gcc 4.1.1

Hi all,

I've recently installed Centos 5.0 on my new laptop,
and gcc 4.1.1 can not build the 2.4 series code used
on the TS-7300. I've updated my build notes to show
how to downgrade the host compiler to allow the
crosstools to be built.
