Hello,

I have encountered segfault when rebooting sarge on sd card.
Acctualy, I have 512MB sd from Apacer and another 1GB from a-Data. I
tried rootfs archive from ftp, copied from NAND as well as the one
mentioned in reflash thread. All behave the same. halt (or reboot)
will segfault when all services are stopped and system is to be
halted or rebooted.

Deactivating swap...done.
Unmounting local filesystems...done.
Rebooting... /etc/rc6.d/S90reboot: line 11: 781 Segmentation fault
reboot -d -f -i
Press enter for maintenance
(or type Control-D to continue):

or

Deactivating swap...done.
Unmounting local filesystems...done.
/etc/rc0.d/S90halt: line 48: 617 Segmentation fault
halt -d -f -i $poweroff $hddown

However reboot works from NAND in fastboot prompt and from sarge
rootfs.

I also get segfaults when in fastboot prompt.

/ # halt
Segmentation fault
/ #

Both cards can be mounted - ext3 - in linux on PC and fsck finds no
problem on either one. I can write them just fine.

Can you advice? Btw what was it with the Kingston card?

Best regards,

Petr
