[ts-7000] Bit 12 in VIDCTRL (Base + 8) 7KV ,TS 7300

Anyone know what bit 12 is for in VIDCTRL ( Base + 8 ) ?  

 

Is there a newer doc than http://www.embeddedarm.com/Manuals/gs_7kv.pdf ?

 

Also is the transparency bit thats talked about in the 800x600 driver available in the standard 640x480 and if so, any info on it?
