No, the above is just saying to refer to the existing drivers for more
detailed technical info.  The above mentioned source code files implement
the driver for the UARTs above COM2.  tsuart1.c corresponds to the "core"
driver (previously tsuart0.c in the 2.4 version) which implements all the
functionality common to all TS-UARTs.  The tsuart-7800.c file implements
the "loader" driver which registers the TS7800 UARTs with the core driver.
