I tried searching for the IDE package in ftp.embeddedarm.com but could
not find it there.

I think you can do away with regular Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers
(http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/) and ARM crosstools after you
figure out how to configure Eclipse to use the TS ARM crosstools (I
tried but could not get it to work).

Ofcourse, TS could provide IDE as a download and/or some small README
on how to setup the ARM toolchain with Eclipse. Everything else
(remote debugging, uploading your stuff to ts72xx) should be regular
Eclipse stuff.

Btw. I think it is a brilliant idea to provide Eclipse IDE for the
TS72xx series.
