[ts-7000] Recovery of Flash Memory

Hi all,

I'm using an TS-7250 board. I have a big problem. When I was doing
some  labs, I erase the flash Mr. Now I don't know how to upload again
the Ts-Linux. If there are a way to bring back to live my board please
let me know it.
