I'll update my own question: I think I found some relevant sections in the TS7300 manual. I guess the 7300 is very different from the other TS7xxx boards regarding booting. So the updated question is: how do I reproduce the bootable SD card with the three partitions or is there a way of booting Debian off of the secondary SD card? Thanks, Andrew Yahoo!
