[ts-7000] TS-7800 updates

Some of the URLs previously mentioned have changed, as things get moved to
their proper location:

The SD card images are now in:
ftp://oz.embeddedarm.com/ts-7800-linux-sd/binaries/ts-images/

We have had reports of the RTC clock not running on some boards.  If you
experience this problem, please download and run the latest rtc7800
program here:
ftp://oz.embeddedarm.com/ts-7800-linux-sd/binaries/ts-utils/rtc7800

We also have some new driver modules that we have ported to 2.6 that are
available here:
ftp://oz.embeddedarm.com/ts-7800-linux-sd/binaries/ts-modules/

This includes drivers for the TS-POE100, TS-CAN1, TS-RF2-Zigbee/Aero, and
the TS-BAT3.
