here's what dmesg says when I try to install it...

tssdcard: no version magic, tainting kernel.
tssdcard: module license 'Proprietary' taints kernel.
tssdcard: Unknown symbol __ioremap
tssdcard: Unknown symbol preempt_schedule
tssdcard: Unknown symbol add_preempt_count
tssdcard: Unknown symbol sub_preempt_count
