[ts-7000] Windows and SD cards

I've just gotten stumped....

Is there a way to update one of the TS7300 SD cards from windows?

If I want to either re-image the card or update files on it....  What
can I do?  Any way to write a new kernel or initrd?

Anyone use something like this: <http://www.fs-driver.org/> ?
