[ts-7000] Help Installing App

Hello,

I have a TS-7200 SBC and I'm using the TS-Linux on board image. I am
pretty new with this type of boards as well as with the os inside it.
 I mount a 256 Compact Flash and I want to install a PHP Server on it.
¿How can I do it considering I didn't found a make command and a make
install command? ¿must I use crosstool? ¿can anybody give me instructions?
