What you need to do is 'dd' the unzipped image from the file linked 
below to your SD card.

ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/binaries/ts-images/
sdimage.dd.bz2

This is best performed on a Linux PC, or a PC running one of the 
Linux LiveCDs.
