Have a look at

for some inspiration and a list of stuff you'll need. 

However, it remains to be seen how usable such a setup will be in real life considering the limited memory that's available and the lack of JIT in the available JVM's.
Depending on what you want to do Jetty might be a better choice than Tomcat (smaller, easier to embed).
