The easiest thing may be to build a CF card with debian-arm and then
just apt-get install lighttpd or apache2 as appropriate.

You'd have to go through the debian packages to make sure you're
getting the right version of apache; ISTR that there are several.

Unless you need apache lighttpd might be a better choice for an
embedded system.
