Hi Pat,

You can buy the 'TS-5620 - Battery Backed Real Time Clock PC/104 
Peripheral' from Techonologic Systems. They sell it as a $14 option 
on the TS-7200, but it should work on the TS-7250.

I don't know if you can add in the missing components to add the RTC.
