[ts-7000] WebCam Help

Hi,

I want to set up a webcam with my TS-7300.
My TS-7300 runs the Linux that was shipped with it. No changes made.

Can somebody please advise me about which cam to use and how to go 
about getting it working on the boardds? 
Any references/docs will be really helpful.
