These com ports all share ARM IRQ 40.

The source code for the Linux drivers would be a good place to start.  The
files you want are tsuart0.c and tsuart-73.c.   The first file is the core
driver, and the second initializes a data structure for the TS-7300
TS-UARTs within the core driver.
