It sounds like you need the EP9302 (or EP9301, they are virutally the same) manual from Cirrus Logic. http://www.cirrus.com/en/pubs/manual/EP9301_User_Guide.pdf The circuit diagram for the TS7200 says that CS6 & CS7 select the 16bit flash.
