I cannot. Anyone else experiencing these kind of problems? I've
actually seen this during development but as I was telnetting into the
machine, I considered it had to do with some unrelated networking
problems.

Same symptoms here, the machine freezes for a while, using unmodified
ts-11 kernel on a 7260.
