Ah, okay.  Thanks.  I think I understand this -- I'm
new to Linux.  After reading your note I went to see
what it would take to create those files and I found
http://www.fallenbit.com/unix/debian-apache=sslcert.html
and I was able to create the certification pem files
and so now it's running!  On http://10.232.49.133/ so
it's only running in house here.  }:-}

Oh man, this is great stuff.
