Yikes, it looks like TS-BOOTROM isn't able to
locate and execute the RedBoot monitor.  It's
almost as if the flash ROM system has been
blown away or you have an address line error.

I don't have an answer but you're not even
getting RedBoot running for some reason, it
seems to me.
