Sure, here's how to do it on an NXP microcontroller;

http://www.ovro.caltech.edu/~dwh/ucos/

Read the project document. The second half of the document
is about porting the uCOS-II RTOS, which should be easy
for the TS-7300 once you figure out how to get a
custom kernel/application booted.

Here's the basic boot information for the TS-7300

http://www.ovro.caltech.edu/~dwh/ts7300/

What you need to figure out next is what the TS-7300
SD card MBR bootloader does. You can probably use it
to load your own binary, or if for some reason it is
specific to Linux, you can just replace the MBR
with your own code.

If you want to start off at bare-metal, i.e., before
the TS EEPROM boot code gets to run, then install
the jumper for serial boot.

I plan to try booting directly to a blinking LED, and
then to uCOS-II, but at the moment I am busy, so won't
get a chance for a while. Reply to the group if you
are having trouble, and I'll see if I can help.

Cheers
Dave
