[ts-7000] TS-7300 PC/104 0ws support

Does the TS-7300 support 0ws transfers on the PC/104 bus? It looks
like the 0ws signal's spot on the connector was replaced with RTC_ALE...

Is there any way to reduce the number of cycles for a PC/104 16 bit
read or write? I've got an FPGA device connected to the bus that can
respond with 0ws.

Barring that, is there perhaps any way to crank up the clock rate on
the PC/104 slot? (Yeah, I know that would be non-standard - I'm not
plugging in anything else except my card.)
