[ts-7000] TS7400 sometimes doesn't recognise USB

Hi ,

I have TS7400 board . When I plug a USB device i can mount  it 
"mount /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1  /mnt/removable"

But sometimes  part1 isn't created even i plugged USB to the board  , so I 
can't mount it.

Is there a way to bring it back?
