The TS-9420 has 8MB of onboard flash, this is typically not enough space
to store all of the images needed to program a TS-7xxx board. As a
result typically an NFS root filesystem is used. See the TS-9420 Getting
Started document as I believe it will clarify the procedure one would
use to program a TS-7xxx via a TS-9420.
