Hi Eddie,
Now that you mention it, I guess that it wouldn't really be up to cirrus
to add TS code. Man, what a mess! I thought that everything that the
outside developers had done was great, but then cirrus wouldn't accept
their code for their official kernel.
Cirrus obviously knows (or should know) their hardware better than
outside developers, but I highly doubt that they are capable of keeping
up with a likely much larger group of kernel maintainers for the actual
linux-specific side of their linux port... I find it completely puzzling
why they wouldn't just review and correct / optimize the code that's
already been proven functional by the community.
Have you already started experimenting with 2.6 ?
