Did you mention somewhere you were using
a 7250?

In addition to the rtai patch you will
need to patch the kernel for the yaffs2 memory... I seem to recall this
patch file is supplied with the kernel code... ts7250_2k... look in 'arch/arm/def-configs'
or something like that (it is this memory patch that doesn't allow the
pre-built kernels to run on 7250 board).
