ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/bat3/bat3 .  (I've also uploaded a modified source 
file for bat3.c to the same directory, but it isn't in the tarball yet until 
I get some feedback regarding it.)

Can you try that and tell me if you still see the problem?
